1. About ilandere

ilandere offers a carefully curated selection of shoes where design, quality and aesthetics are in focus. These general terms and conditions apply when you make a purchase via our website. By using our services and completing a purchase, you accept the terms below.

2. Products & delivery model

Our products are shipped via a dropshipping model, which means that the goods are delivered directly from our selected partners to you. This enables us to offer exclusive products in limited editions.

We always strive to present our products as accurately and in detail as possible. Small variations in color or material may occur and are considered a natural part of the nature of the product.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in SEK or EUR, depending on the selected market, and include VAT according to current EU legislation, unless otherwise stated.

Any shipping costs are clearly displayed in the checkout before the purchase is completed. ilandere applies full transparency – no hidden fees are added.

4. Order & order confirmation

When you place an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.

ilandere reserves the right to correct or cancel orders in the event of obvious errors, such as incorrect prices or availability.

5. Payment

Payment is made via secure and encrypted payment solutions provided by Shopify and its certified payment partners.

6. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after the order has been confirmed. Once the package has been shipped, the following average delivery times apply:

Within the EU: approximately 3 business days

Outside the EU: approximately 5-7 business days

We offer worldwide delivery via our trusted shipping partners UPS, FedEx and DHL, to ensure reliable and smooth delivery.

Due to the current circumstances, we are currently unable to deliver to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine due to the ongoing war.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, local transport conditions or high demand. We are monitoring your delivery and are always available for support.

7. Returns & Cancellations

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law, calculated from the day you received your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us in writing within this period.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in new condition
  • Shoes must not have been used outdoors
  • Original packaging must be included
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise stated

After an approved return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.

8. Complaints

If your product is likely to be defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • order number
  • description of the problem
  • pictures if necessary

We handle complaints with the utmost care and in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

9. Uncollected shipments

For orders that are not collected and returned to the supplier, we reserve the right to charge shipping and handling costs.

10. Personal data

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is only used to provide our services and improve your experience with ilandere.

11. Limitation of liability

ilandere is not liable for indirect damage or loss, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Applicable law & disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by EU consumer law as well as applicable national law in the customer's country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, you have the right to contact the relevant consumer authority, such as:

  • The General Complaints Board (ARN) in Sweden
  • the equivalent body in France or Italy
